How UHC works
In Ultra Hardcore, natural health regeneration is turned off, so you heal only with golden apples, potions, and similar items. Players or teams spawn across a large world, gather gear, and fight as a border shrinks toward the centre. Most matches allow crafting golden heads from fallen players, and servers add scenarios that change the rules from game to game.

What do Speed UHC and UHC Meetup mean?
Speed UHC shortens a match with faster smelting, better drops, or a smaller border. Meetup skips the gathering stage and starts everyone with a random kit near the centre, going straight to the fight.
Why do UHC games have a start time?
Many UHC servers host scheduled games with a whitelist that opens shortly before the start, so everyone begins together. Networks with automated UHC queues let you join any time.
How do I join a Minecraft Java server?
Copy the server address, open Minecraft Java Edition, choose Multiplayer, then Add Server. Paste the address, save it, and select Join Server. Keep any port after a colon, and use the game version the server supports.
